     SHARP WATCH INVESTIGATION SECURITY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED (SWISS Pvt. Ltd.,) is in the field of providing quality human resources(security, housekeeping, and other manpower) to Government and Non-Government organizations located all over Karnataka for the last 4 decades.

     Established in the year 1980 with an objective to provide high potential manpower to its clients, SWISS Pvt. Ltd., is providing manpower throughout Karnataka. The Head Office of SWISS Pvt. Ltd., is situated in Mysore. SWISS Pvt. Ltd., has its own full-fledged offices in all megacities of Karnataka like Bangalore, Hassan, Mandya, Tumakuru, Kalburgi, Bidar and Shivamogga.

Company History

Late Mr. M.N Chandrappa, Founder

     Mr. M.N Chandrappa, the founder of Sharp Watch Investigation & Security Services in the year 1976. Sri. M.N Chandarappa S/o Nanjegowda, born on 26th of March 1955, at his native place Matanahalli. He was a B.A. Graduate and completed his education in Tiptur and Bangalore. He had also made excellent achievements in National Credit Crops (NCC) and attended the Republic Day parade in New Delhi.

     During the year 1977, Sri M.N Chandrappa was appointed as a Sub Inspector of Police and served in Mysore, Chamarajanagar, Kodagu, and Bangalore. Later he was promoted as Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) in Bangalore. At the places of work, he earned the name of people affectionate police officer.

     He was also having an interest in acting and acted in films and TV serials and himself produced educational TV films too. He was famous for simplicity, goodness and looking all equal, politeful, activeness and was an efficient police officer.

     At the time of the gunfight by poacher Veerappan, four police officers became martyrs in the spot itself, with utter disregard to his personal safety Mr. M.N Chandrappa kept on fighting and ultimately one who came alive. Towards his excellence service in his profession, he received President Gallantry Medal and received other awards and medals. He was a service dedicator to the society that lives in heavenly abode. Later Mr. M.Nagaraaj nephew of Mr. M.N Chandrappa carried out the business.

Mr. M Nagaraaj, Managing Director

      Mr. M. Nagaraaj, The Managing Director and CEO of the company Graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (Computer Science), a degree from Visveshwaraya Technological University. He has over 3 decades of experience in outsourcing Manpower Services. He has been associated with the company since its inception as a promoter. He is responsible for the overall working of the company and he is instrumental in making strategic decisions for the company. He is specialized in the field of Talent Acquisition, leadership hiring, and succession management.

      

     Mr. M. Nagaraaj is responsible for the day-to-day management and overseeing operations, sales, and finance of the company and helps in leveraging technology to differentiate our services.

Mrs. Mytthrri N Raj, Director

Mrs. Mytthrri N Raj is one of the directors of the company since 2020. Having graduated in Computers from the University of Mysore, she encourages robust decision-making during the board meetings.

She is a multitasking entrepreneur who guides to finalizing documentation. She will be held responsible for legal duties and responsibilities in the management of “SWISS”. Also, evaluate the efficiency of day-to-day tasks within the department and ensure all objectives are being met.
